(Room will be open 10 minutes before)
Register for our next MESA Founder Forum about finding new business models.
Join us in this highly topical discussion and hear from Oscar Cerezales, Chief Strategy Officer at MCI Group.
High performing companies find a way to create a new business model that is more adaptable to all the changes we are facing and attracting something new, and where others are not so visible. Ideas are easy – execution is hard.
We still have same business models as pre-covid. Some trends have accelerated but nothing has really changed – we need to think about the future and whether a new client mix, additional new business model and new partners will help fit a strategy moving forward. It’s often complex to have two business models running concurrently and an ambidextrous organisation is good at doing this, where you can recognise that you can have a spin off or new solution, either under a new entity or internally.
What do organisations need to do to be able to run two teams, two business models and two ‘why propositions’ at the same time?
Hear from Oscar Cerezales about the top challenges including strategy excecution, serving different markets and how to get communities to be activaed, and bring your contributions, ideas and concerns to the next MESA Forum for Founders, CEOs, and Directors. We would love to hear from you!
We are asking for your key questions before the event, and you will be able to submit these for the panel during your registration.
This event is free, but you must be a Founder / CEO / Director in the meetings and events industry. Register here
