Our members
Members companies and individuals include entertainment, consulting, moderation, art, music, AV, and technology providers. MESA works with planners, destinations, hotels, and venues but they are not qualified as members. Members will need to agree to the MESA Code of Conduct upon signing their agreement.
All members will be provided with a MESA Membership Certificate. Our relationship with the MESA Member CEO/Founder/MD is very important to us, and as part of your membership, this person is required to attend at least 3 MESA calls per year (including 1 x MESA Member Founder Collaboration call).

- Individual profile and access on MESA Community Platform (Intranet) for all registered team members
- Connections to other suppliers in the MESA network
- Support within the community for new projects, ideas, and developments
- Opportunity to promote content (blogs, case studies, white papers, and news), events, and special interest groups in the MESA Community Platform
- Invitation to MESA Founder Collaboration calls – 2 per year (CEO / Founder / MD only)
- Invitation to monthly MESA Monthly Member Meetings (4M's) online for you / your team (where relevant) - 12 per year
- Invitation to attend MESA Planner Forum (For Patron & Large Members this is CEO + 2 team members / For others - except Individual/Student where it is just that person - CEO + 1 team member) to meet with planners and discuss industry issues - 2 per year
- Promotion at industry tradeshows as part of the MESA membership with your company promotional stack on the MESA Showcase (Powered by Kubify)
- Opportunity to participate in the MESA stand share - at industry tradeshows at a member rate stand package cost
- Introductory €500 discount for one MESA tradeshow participation (for preferred tradeshow) within the first 12 months of membership
- Invitation to MESA networking drinks - at industry tradeshows (IMEX & IBTM)
